How your fundraising helps

There are currently almost 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but we can't do this without your support.

We're doing whatever it takes to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, whoever and wherever they are.

From the price of a coffee to your £250 target, every donation makes a difference:

£10 could help the [Welfare Rights team on the] Macmillan Support Line uncover/identify £290 in potential benefits for people with cancer.

£80 could fund 4 hours’ support from a Macmillan information and support assistant.

£250 could pay for a Macmillan information & support assistant for a day and a half, giving people living with cancer the opportunities to ask questions and talk through their concerns at one of our information and support centres.
